FREE CASE REVIEW

Tell us what
happened.

No cost, no obligation, and no pressure to sign anything. If this is not a matter the firm can help with, we will say so and point you somewhere useful.

Free and confidential

A case review costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

No recovery, no fee

The firm is paid from the recovery. If there is none, there is no fee.

Read by an attorney

Not a call centre. John or Blanca reads what you send.

OR CALL DIRECTLY

Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential information until representation is confirmed in writing.

02 / AFTER YOU SEND IT

What happens next.

No black hole. Here is exactly what follows, and roughly when.

WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY

An attorney reads it

Not a call centre and not an intake script. John or Blanca reads what you wrote and decides whether the firm can help.

ON THE FIRST CALL

We ask, you decide

A short conversation about what happened, what treatment you have had, and what the insurer has already said to you. No commitment.

IF WE TAKE IT

Evidence work starts

Preservation letters go out, records are requested, and the insurer is told to deal with us instead of you.

03 / GET IN TOUCH

However is easiest
for you.

If typing is difficult right now, call or text. Any of these reaches the same two people.

01

Send the form

Best if you have a few minutes and want to explain properly. Attach photos later — we will ask.

02

Call the office

949-756-9300. Weekdays, and after hours for serious injury and wrongful death matters.

03

Send a text

Same number. Useful if you are in hospital, in treatment, or cannot take a call right now.

CASES INCLUDE

Evidence does not
wait for you.

This is not a sales line. These are the actual clocks running against a claim from the day of the injury.

DAYS

Dashcam and surveillance

Most commercial systems overwrite on a 7 to 30 day loop. Once it is gone, it is gone — a preservation letter has to arrive before that.

WEEKS

Carrier and telematics data

Driver logs, ECM data and maintenance records cycle out on retention schedules that were not written with your claim in mind.

MONTHS

Witnesses and memory

People move, change numbers, and stop remembering detail. Statements taken early are worth more than statements taken late.

SIX MONTHS

Claims against public entities

A claim against a city, county or state agency in California generally has to be presented far sooner than a standard claim.

TWO YEARS

The filing deadline

Most California personal injury claims must be filed within two years. Exceptions exist, and some shorten it.

06 / BEFORE YOU SEND IT

The four things people
hesitate about.

Answered plainly, because these are the reasons most people wait longer than they should.

01

What is this going to cost me?

Nothing to ask. The firm works on contingency — fees come out of a recovery, and if there is no recovery there is no fee. Case costs are explained in writing before anything is signed.

02

Will I be pressured to sign something?

No. A case review is a conversation. Plenty of them end with us telling someone their matter does not need a lawyer, or belongs with a different firm.

03

I already spoke to the insurance adjuster. Have I ruined it?

Almost certainly not, but tell us exactly what was said and whether it was recorded. It matters, and it is far better that we know now than later.

04

What if part of it was my fault?

California uses pure comparative fault, so you can still recover with a share of responsibility. Insurers routinely overstate that share — which is precisely what the evidence work is for.

You do not have to work out
whether you have a case.

That is our job. Tell us what happened and we will tell you honestly whether it is something worth pursuing.
